Acceptable use

You agree to upload only photos of yourself. Uploading photos of other people, public figures, or minors is prohibited and will result in account termination.

Generated content

You own all headshots generated for you and may use them commercially (LinkedIn, résumés, websites, etc.). We make no claim of ownership over your generated images.

Refunds

If your trained model fails or produces unusable results due to a technical issue on our side, contact hello@headshotsusingai.com for a re-train or refund.

Service availability

We do not guarantee uptime. AI inference depends on third-party GPU providers; occasional delays are expected.
